The majority of people today depend on the medical industry to keep them well…to their detriment. They fail to realize doctors primarily study illness; not health. There are major gaps in the education process doctors receive, which will affect your health immensely. Many are unaware after 1910. John D. Rockefeller got his men on the boards of medical schools to change the curricula and eliminate every healing modality, except allopathic drug-oriented medicine. He had patented petroleum-based drugs to sell. He promoted the AMA getting doctors to join by promising them higher incomes and prestige, but nothing about real health for their patients.
People trust doctors, because they have so many years of advanced education. However, their education does not always translate into health for their patients. Many of the diagnostic tools they use have side effects; as do the drugs and vaccines they hand out so readily. People have to be aware that the side effects can create serious future health problems. In order to protect yourself, it is important that you understand how your own body works. Don’t put you life into the hands of others who are dispensing expensive drugs, vaccines and costly treatments to keep you well.
People have to be aware what drugs and vaccines do, when they are ingested or injected into the human bloodstream by medical professionals so casually. There is a law of physics for every action there is a reaction. People need to know what drugs and vaccines do internally in their bodies, when they are being dispensed. Are they helping or hurting one’s health? Particularly in today’s world with 15 minute doctor’s visits with a prescription being handed out as closure.
People really should look at all the information, which usually comes along with a prescription. I doubt they would take the drug, if they read all the side effects listed. In addition, there is information about all the unnatural ingredients in these drugs. People need to be aware that health stems from eating the right natural food. Nutrients from food are the only things, which should get into the bloodstream through osmosis, when they go through the walls of the intestines. Drugs contain unnatural ingredients, which can damage the organs of the body; including the brain. They will not create health. Drugs can remove pain, but at what cost? In order to get rid of pain, the cause must be found and removed. In many cases, the wrong foods can cause pain. Taking a pill will permit real damage to keep on occurring, breaking the body down. It will not remove the cause.
Unfortunately, doctors don’t have time in med school to study nutrition and there is a major problem in regard to the nutrition information that is available in America. Nutrition research has been done by the food industry, which is out to sell its processed foods. Where can doctors go to study valid nutrition information? Our food and medical scientists are all employed to find expensive solutions, which will make money for their respective employers. This is the state of our world… money interests have lowered the health of most Americans during the last sixty five years!
The vaccine manufacturers came up with the biggest lie in the world, which has caused world-wide devastation. The lie: Vaccines create a great immunity reaction. The vax makers insinuated that this reaction showed that their vaccines really worked. However, this reaction was created by injecting very toxic elements directly into the bloodstream, which caused a great reaction by our natural immune system to rid the bloodstream of these foreign toxins. Our natural immune system is comprised of lymph glands and other organs, which propagate white blood cells, which work hard to keep the bloodstream clean and clear of foreign proteins, bacteria, viruses, etc. The lies and misinformation that the vax manufacturers provided have immensely harmed America and the world.
In order to keep the immune system working, humans must avoid the toxins, which destroy it. The only thing that belongs in the bloodstream…the right natural food. People drink the wrong alcoholic beverages, which wipe out brain cells, create faster aging and lower their health. Wine and tequila are far less harmful, which in limited quantities would not damage the body. Cigarettes are extremely damaging, as they curtail oxygen and the formation of hemoglobin in the body.. They rob the body of energy. Nutrition-poor processed food with toxic pesticides and chemicals damage the body and rob the body of any nutrients, just consuming them. People thoughtlessly lower their health daily by eating the wrong foods, imbibing hard alcoholic drinks, smoking and using drugs, legal and illegal.
If the natural immune system were working right, one would rarely. get ill. I went over 20 years without a sniffle, until I started drinking coffee with half and half. I met a gentleman and we got together for Coffee and Conversation daily. After 30 days, I wound up sick in bed for almost another 30 days from the dairy. I had been off coffee for over 20 years…and using dairy in it really devastated me. When I discovered coconut milk, I used it exclusively in my coffee without a problem. I also use Kal Stevia liquid to sweeten my coffee. I avoid sugar and honey too….empty carbs.
Age is a matter of relativity. At 91 my immune system is working quite well. A few years ago, my daughter and I got CV19 the same day. She gave me her prescription for HCQ. I went to bed at 6 pm and slept 18 hours. Then woke up and had breakfast. Unfortunately, my daughter did not have another prescription and she was sick for two weeks. I also noted a couple times, when we went to a gathering and my daughter was exposed to people who had the vaccine…she was ill the next day. I did not find this happened to me, although one time I was exposed to a woman who had a vax that day…and I spoke with her for half an hour. I didn’t have a problem. I am extremely careful about the foods I eat. I buy organic and aim for raw food as much as possible. plus I get daily sunshine and exercise.
The digestive system from the top to the bottom needs nourishing food with bulk, fiber and nutrients. The wrong foods damage the stomach and intestines causing leaky gut. I just came across a health newsletter, which correctly stated the 3 worst offenders: 1) Bread Gluten, 2). Dairy & Cheese and 3) Kale, Swiss chard, and other high oxalic foods; like spinach. I have never found a problem using spinach regularly. Gluten, dairy and high oxalic foods can punch holes in the intestinal tract, which would permit undigested food to enter the bloodstream; stressing the immune system. The nutrients in our food enter the bloodstream. through osmosis and provide energy to every organ; including the brain. The brain needs nutrients in order to function. Our memory becomes impaired, if we don’t feed our body and brain right.
The elimination system requires bulk and fiber in order to function. Many people are eating high protein foods, which has no fiber, which contributes to constipation. Animal protein has no fiber. Humans get fiber from eating fruit and vegetables. Fruit is most important. Many doctors mistakenly advise their patients to not eat fruit, because of the sugar content. However, the bulk and fiber content nullify any harm that the sugar could do. I have a pound of fruit every morning, before I go out and fast walk for an hour. it gives me lots of energy. I don’t stop once in an hour.
Much of the health information being provided is not valid. We are advised to drink eight - 8 ounce glasses of water daily. If people ate right it would not be necessary. Processed food, which is anathema to the human body has no water. This is why people are being told to drink 8 glasses daily. Human beings were designed to eat high water content fruits and vegetables, which contain 75% to 94% water. Gorillas in the jungle get their water from the fruit they eat. If people ate enough raw fruit and vegetables they would obtain the best water available, which has vitamins and minerals in it.
As an insurance policy, in order to make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need, I do use supplements. I set up over a week’s worth of supplements in 9 containers. I don’t use multi-vitamins. I buy very specific vitamins from reliable manufacturers. I have never had picture perfect finger nails. My hands are in hot water a lot washing dishes and other things. I recently started using Calcium Citrate Pure Powder 600 mg (1-1/2 tsp) in water, plus some MegaFood Magnesium bioavailable from spinach; + 400 mg of Magnesium malate, plus D3-K2 to enhance the calcium-magnesium to help my nails look better. I also use a number of other supplements. Health-wise, I don’t feel any different than I felt 50 year ago; no physical restrictions. I can easily do the stairs a number of times daily, plus do my fast walking for an hour.
I have read a thousand books on health and nutrition, but one has to have a huge frame of reference to be able to determine the validity of the information in them. I have found that there are very few I could recommend. Many on the best seller’s list written by doctors recommend information coming from the food industry. I would recommend Dr N. W. Walker, because he had a true track record; he lived well over 100 healthy years. He wrote ten books. Three I particularly liked: Become Younger, Vibrant health, Pure & Simple Natural Weight Control. Another book I would highly recommend Quality Longevity by Mark Lovendale; it is available on Amazon. It gives a rundown on every food, which is most accurate. In addition, The 80-10-10 Diet by Doug Graham, D.O. has a great deal of good information.
I recently re-read Jay M. Hoffman’s book The Ten Secrets of the World’ Healthiest and Longest Lived People, the Hunzacuts of North Eastern Pakistan high up in the Himalayas. He and his wife made a trip to visit them in 1963. Most of the people lived up to 120 healthy years, then they would just go to sleep one night and not wake up. The Hunzacuts have no hospitals or drugs; no criminals or prisons. They are 99% vegetarian and eat mostly raw food. There is little wood available for cooking.
Good health will only occur, if you make a concentrated effort to obtain it. No doctor in the world can guarantee it for you. It’s a daily do-it-yourself project. In order to be consistent I kept daily journals for years, writing down every food and beverage I ate and drank, I kept a detailed record of exercise, sunbathing, and eliminations. It is important to get into the habit of writing down information in a daily journal. I still write down on a calendar the foods I eat and the amount of food I eat daily. I still note how long I walk and my sun time. It will keep you on track.
I am totally into our Creator, the Great Physician who made humans and all living things. With the Creator’s help, I have overcome every health problem I faced. When I have a need, I ask and believe that I will receive an answer…..and it comes. I got rid of tumors twice; got rid of arthritis; learned how to have an easier labor; got rid of excess weight; and overcame paralysis through prayer in 1953. All my life I have experienced many unusual occurrences and personal miracles, which I can only attribute to the Creator.
I have never felt compelled to join any religious group, but trust and believe in our Creator who made our habitable world and all life. I have never walked alone. All my life I have felt the presence. It started, when my grandmother told me that God loved me, when I was four. It made me feel good to know I was loved. It would be nice, if every child were taught this and knew they were loved.

What you went through and survived gave you a deep insight into the ignorance that exists in the world. I learned years ago diseases were given many names, but diseases all stem from putting the wrong foods and substances into the mouth... lack of sunlight, fresh air, physical movement....and in modern history mankind's poisoning of the environment for his personal benefit. In addition. the only physician to me is the Great Physician whose energy resides within everyone of us, whether people know it or not. I ask for guidance..and answers come. I have no faith in mercenaries who are out to make a buck at the expense of those who have put their trust in them.
Dear Barbara, Thank you for sharing and reminding us about the important reality of illness and wellness. I am not surprised that you reached your present age through well-informed self-healing, Spirit guidance and high intuition. I followed a similar path, especially after my long-time "family MD" prescribed weeks of anti-biotics to cure my beautiful arsenic blue finger and toenails. I have had many proofs that one requirement for becoming an MD is to have an IQ of no more than 92 1/2.
Cleverly, he prescribed anti-depressants for my sleepless nights. I took then for a long time, Until I did not like myself anymore. My deep feelings of empathy had gone bye-bye. I did not care if I killed someone during my road rage, including up and down a steep hairpin narrow road.
